The Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business is hosting a sustainability panel in conjunction with the McCombs School's Energy Management and Innovation Center, UT's School of Architecture, and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  The key question to be considered is the profitability of or economic rationale for sustainable or "green" real estate.
